Self-loading Concrete Mixer Completes Customer-ordered Test Run, High Efficiency Recognized
On August 23, 2025, the Shanzhong self-loading concrete mixer ordered by the customer successfully completed its test run. Its outstanding performance and powerful functions were fully verified on-site, laying a solid foundation for its subsequent deployment in actual construction.
As a fully hydraulically driven construction machine, the Shanzhong self-loading concrete mixer features efficient and stable power transmission. The mixer’s engine drives the hydraulic pump, which then powers the travel motor; the motor further drives the gearbox to achieve movement. For the mixing system, the engine also drives the mixing hydraulic pump, which in turn activates the mixing motor to rotate the mixing drum. This advanced drive mode endows the mixer with strong power, enabling it to easily meet the needs of concrete mixing even when operating on soft ground.
Notably, this mobile self-loading concrete mixer integrates all functions of a concrete batching plant, including loading, weighing, pumping, mixing, traveling, discharging, and cleaning. It can independently and efficiently produce concrete in remote areas.
During this test run, all functional modules of the mixer operated smoothly, with links such as traveling, mixing, and discharging being precise and efficient—fully meeting the customer’s construction expectations. The customer stated that the mixer’s excellent performance will effectively improve construction efficiency and expressed eagerness to put it into project use as soon as possible.
