On September 30, 2025, Shanzhong Machinery Co., Ltd. completed a field test run of its SZ260 crawler excavator. Its customized rock bucket was a key feature, demonstrating its strong adaptability to heavy-duty operations.

According to on-site technicians, this rock bucket is a specialized working device designed specifically for crushing and excavating hard materials. Its core function is to address the wear, low efficiency, and susceptibility to damage experienced by conventional earthmoving buckets when handling high-strength materials such as rock, ore, and concrete blocks. It is suitable for complex working conditions such as hard soil and weathered rock in mining and road infrastructure construction. Quick-change teeth are used in vulnerable areas, reducing maintenance costs and extending the equipment's operating time.

A representative from Shanzhong Machinery stated that the combination of the SZ260 crawler excavator and rock bucket will further meet the heavy-duty construction needs of mining, municipal engineering, and other fields.
